		<description>I&#039;m finding the economy is not hurting my business.  Actually because I am qualifying for a leadership position right now, more women are looking for extra income or even full time income and are very open to direct sales.  I have women calling and emailing me to ask about a Mary Kay business.  
On the sales side I see more women wanting to hold parties so they can get hostess perks and free products instead of buying at full price, which is great for me because they are introducing me to more women who want to host.  
The company has introduced our Miracle 4 piece skin care set in a trial size 30 day supply and this is great for those who want to test our products.  I am offering this to ladies who are hesitant at first to spend money on themselves.  Another product we&#039;ve recently introduced TimeWise Replenishing Serum+C is 4 vials and each is a week&#039;s supply.  We&#039;ve all been offering to sell 1 vial (a week&#039;s worth) for women to try as an alternative to buying a month&#039;s supply.  This idea is working very well and is something we&#039;ve never done before. 
During an economic downturn women don&#039;t ration their moisturizers and cosmetics so my business is recession proof in my opinion.  I hear all the time there&#039;s a recession, but I&#039;ve decided not to participate.  Don&#039;t hesitate to contact me for more information or ideas on direct sales.  I&#039;ve been in Mary Kay over 13 years.
