How much enthusiasm do you show during your sales presentations?
Do you really convey how excited you are about your newest product?
At the end of your sales presentation could I ask the guests what your favorite product is?

I have heard it said that the definition of ‘ SALES ‘ is ” the transfer of enthusiasm from one person to another”

Genuine enthusiasm about your products, your company, and most importantly, about helping your customers find the perfect product to solve their problems is absolutely essential. Convey this enthusiasm and you will differentiate yourself from your competition.

Think back to the last time that you experienced outstanding, enthusiastic service from a sales or customer service person. What was it about that person in particular that was so amazing? I bet you remember them because of something they did that exceeded your expectations. Most of the time when this happens it is the sheer enthusiasm that enables this person to go the extra mile.
